They should be dynamic, confident, and performance-driven, eager to learn and improve their approach to clients, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities. First experience in prospecting is required.
As a Business Development Representative, the individual will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities within the US market, engaging potential prospects, and building a solid pipeline for the sales team. They will contact key account prospects to secure meetings, manage inbound leads, provide an excellent first impression, and work hand-in-hand with the sales team to grow their pipeline and drive sales. Additionally, they will generate new business opportunities through events, marketing initiatives, and proactive approaches, and maintain high-quality relationships with leads through follow-ups and personalized messaging to increase interest in Autone’s solutions, while also reaching weekly goals for creating new opportunities and generating concrete sales.
